🔑I have the key - What do I do now?

• You now need to head to the website (will be automatic delivered after the purchase) then enter the key you received, enter it in the first textbox [XXXX-XXXX-XXXX]

• Then Insert the account you want upgrade (Account can be new or old doesn't matter, only must be no premium inside it) and it will be upgraded automatically.

• Your account will be added into a family. The process is automatic,if you got any issue screen check FAQ above.

• Choose the country you like, there are around 40 different ones. Doesn't matter if your country is not available, the account will work anyway.

IF PREMIUM EXPIRE:

📛My Account is not Premium Anymore. - What do I do now?

• In this case you will need to head to website [Renew BUTTON] and enter your key

• Under Key Renewal:

• Enter the Key used on that account

• Enter the username and password to the account that lost premium

• You can choose to just Renew Your Key and use it another time, or Renew the Key + Create a New Account.

CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT DIRECTLY ON SITE:

🔄 If you want to Create a New Account using the site:

• Enter a fresh email address (one never used for Spotify)

• Create a password REMEBER THIS: as your key could become useless and you may have to purchase a new one if not. There are also some password restrictions: must be at least 10 characters long, include at least one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character (!@#$%^&*)

• Choose a country, if yours isn't listed any will work

• After 5-10 minutes enter your key at [Key Check] and view the key status, if it is successful the email and password you entered will be the login to a new upgraded Spotify Account, otherwise you will be able to try again.

📮GENERAL FAQ:

This is where answers to all commonly asked questions can be found. Please before open a ticket about something check this message.

• Upgrade in queue - The upgrade has been added to the waitlist, as soon as it's your turn your account will be upgraded to premium automatically.

• Upgrade/Renew in progress - The Upgrade/Renew is in progress, in a few minutes you will automatically receive the result.

• Out of Stock - The country you specified during the Upgrade is now out of stock, please use a different country or wait a restock.

• Invalid Account Details - The details you have provided are incorrect, please check that your account Email/Username and Password are correct.

• 12 Months Limit - Spotify does not allow entering a family more than once a year, so in this case you will need to provide a new account.

• Already Premium - The account you have provided is already Premium and therefore cannot be upgraded. Please use an account with a free plan in order to get the premium.
